​​​ PARTICIPATION POLICY ​

Soleil Studio is a safe and welcoming space for all individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, culture, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, body type, disability, or citizenship. We ask that students practice all aspects of yoga, including the Yamas and Niyamas (the ethical principles of yoga): non-harming, truthfulness, non-stealing, moderation, non-possessiveness, cleanliness, contentment, discipline, self-study, and surrender.

STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Pre-register for classes through your member account on the website or the Wix Spaces app. There may not be space for walk-ins to be accommodated. If you cannot attend class, please remove your registration to allow another student to join. The class may be canceled if there are no sign-ups an hour before the start time. 

  2. Studio doors open 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to start. Classes begin promptly and on time, and pre-registered late arrivals may not be admitted. Please only attend the classes you can commit to for the entire duration.

  3. Bring as little into the Studio as possible. Personal belongings can be stored on the coat and shoe rack in the hallway. Shoes should be removed before entering the practice area. Soleil Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

  4. Refrain from using your cell phone inside the Studio. If you bring cell phones into the building, make sure they are turned off or muted. Please let your instructor know if you are expecting an important call and need to have your phone nearby.

  5. Be mindful of voice levels in the Studio. Some students use the time before class starts for quiet reflection. You're welcome to converse quietly in the hallway before or after class.

  6. Disruptive behavior is not welcome. This includes speaking loudly during class, checking your phone/texts, taking unauthorized photographs, or eating in class. 

  7. Practice saucha (cleanliness) by coming to classes clean and free of odor, including strong perfumes, essential oils, or other scents.

  8. Mats and Props (blocks, bolsters, weights, and straps) are available to borrow from the Studio free of charge.Students are responsible for putting props back on the shelf as neatly as possible. 

  9. Soleil Studio offers a variety of class styles and levels. If you have any questions about the pace of a particular class, please contact the Studio. Practice ahimsa (non-harming) by practicing at the appropriate level, informing your instructor of any relevant injuries or conditions, and resting when needed.

  10. Classes at Soleil Studio are currently only for ages 18+ unless otherwise noted in the class description or agreed upon in writing.

  11. Purchases for classes, services, appointments, enrollments, and gift cards are nonrefundable.

  12. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who does not treat our staff, instructors, Studio, or other students with kindness and respect.​

 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY 

​CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

To avoid penalties, we require at least 3 hours of notice for cancellations and rescheduling using your online member account. After this window, rescheduling is no longer available, and you will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee. No-shows are charged $20.

 

Cancellations are permissible up to 1 hour prior to the start of the class. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be permitted, and you will be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.

 

Cancellations must be processed through your Member account. Verbal, text, or email correspondence with the Studio, teachers, or members does not constitute a valid cancellation. You are required to be logged into your Member account in order to cancel any classes that you are unable to attend.

RESCHEDULING

  • You may reschedule up to 3 hours before the initially booked class time. After this window, rescheduling will no longer be available.

  • You may reschedule using your Member Account (website only).

  • Rescheduling can not be submitted via phone, text, or email.

 PRICING & REFUND POLICY 

​PRICING & REFUNDS

Soleil Studio reserves the right to modify pricing at its discretion. All fees for Soleil Studio services are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit due to the upfront teaching fees we must pay. Merchandise purchases are non-refundable; however, exchanges for items of equal value or merchandise credit are permissible within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

 MEMBERSHIP & PACKAGE POLICY 

​MEMBERSHIPS & AUTO-RENEW TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Membership commences on the date of sign-up, and membership fees will be charged on that date of each month unless otherwise noted.

  • Memberships are not refundable, in part or in full, after an auto-draft has been made.

  • Membership dues require a debit or credit card.

  • Soleil Studio may terminate a Membership at any time.

  • A $30 fee for all insufficient funds and late payments will be charged.

  • Client is unable to attend classes until payment is reconciled.

  • Memberships may be deactivated if the account becomes more than 14 calendar days late. 

  • Monthly Memberships require a minimum three-month commitment.

  • Annual Memberships require a minimum twelve-month commitment.

  • All memberships will renew automatically each month or year (per membership term).

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

For cancellations or changes to memberships or payment methods, members must notify Soleil Studio via email at caseylangstraathair@gmail.com at least 10 days prior to the billing date (e.g., If you are scheduled to be charged on April 10 and you want to cancel, you must submit a cancellation request by April 1.). Soleil Studio will reply via email to confirm the request. Memberships are ongoing until notification of cancellation has been received in writing (email) at least 10 days prior to the expiration of the current term.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE:

Members can hold (freeze) their autopay schedule once per year. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in monthly increments. After your requested freeze period ends, your monthly auto-renew will automatically be reactivated. To request a freeze, send an email to caseylangstraathair@gmail.com at least 10 days in advance of the next billing cycle. If Members temporarily suspend their Membership, it shall be in accordance with the following terms: A) You may not freeze your Membership for any reason unless your account is in good standing. B) All freeze requests must be made in advance. No retroactive freezes are permitted.

 

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

  • Unlimited group yoga classes

  • 10% discount on all in-house teacher workshops (must sign up in the Studio or by email to receive discount)

  • 15% off of retail purchases in boutique

  • 1 free guest pass per month (redeemable by new client only)

  • These benefits do not apply to Packages (Limited Memberships)

LIMITED MEMBERSHIPS (5-CLASS & 10-CLASS BUNDLE):

  • Limited Memberships allow the student to attend a limited number of classes.

  • 5-class bundle expires 6 months from the purchase date.

  • 10-class bundle expires 1 year from the purchase​ date.

  • Unused classes do not roll over and are void upon the package expiration date.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • Limited Memberships cannot be frozen or canceled.

  • Limited Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.​​​​
