SPRING INTO SUMMER :Yoga Beginner Series
Service Description
Introductory series to cover the basics of yoga philosophy, foundational postures (asana) with focus on safe alignment, and breath exercises (pranayama) Each session builds on the skills learned in the last and ends with a closing meditation and time for questions. Find out how yoga is so much more than stretching or a workout, and how to modify postures to meet your needs in a group class. At completion you will have to knowledge to confidently join weekly classes on our schedule. $100 tuition includes: 4 1.5 hour sessions ( Every other Monday May 13th, 27th, June 10th & 24th ( 5:30-7pm)
Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: To avoid penalties, we require at least 3 hours of notice for cancellations and rescheduling using your online member account. After this window, rescheduling is no longer available, and you will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee. No-shows are charged $20. - Cancellations are permissible up to 1 hour prior to the start of the class. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accommodated, and you will be marked as a no-show and charged $20. - Cancellations must be processed through your Member account. Verbal, written, text, or email correspondence with the Studio, teachers, or students does not constitute a valid cancellation. You are required to be logged into your Member account in order to cancel any classes that you are unable to attend.
