Service Description

Somatic Yoga emphasizes embodiment and connection to self. We create awareness in the body through mindful movements to see how each movement feels rather than how each posture objectively looks. This style of teaching has a deep root in self-discovery and healing.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: To avoid penalties, we require at least 3 hours of notice for cancellations and rescheduling using your online member account. After this window, rescheduling is no longer available, and you will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee. No-shows are charged $20. - Cancellations are permissible up to 1 hour prior to the start of the class. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accommodated, and you will be marked as a no-show and charged $20. - Cancellations must be processed through your Member account. Verbal, written, text, or email correspondence with the Studio, teachers, or students does not constitute a valid cancellation. You are required to be logged into your Member account in order to cancel any classes that you are unable to attend.
