Just as the moon has phases & seasons, so do we as women. Join us weekly for the month of October to learn how How you can learn what your body needs during each phase of your cycle & how you can apply workouts to your body that best suit each phase of your female cycle.

Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: To avoid penalties, we require at least 3 hours of notice for cancellations and rescheduling using your online member account. After this window, rescheduling is no longer available, and you will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee. No-shows are charged $20. - Cancellations are permissible up to 1 hour prior to the start of the class. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accommodated, and you will be marked as a no-show and charged $20. - Cancellations must be processed through your Member account. Verbal, written, text, or email correspondence with the Studio, teachers, or students does not constitute a valid cancellation. You are required to be logged into your Member account in order to cancel any classes that you are unable to attend.
