RESCHEDULE & CANCEL INSTRUCTIONS

 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY 

Please be mindful of our CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING POLICY.​​

​CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

To avoid penalties, we require at least 3 hours of notice for cancellations and rescheduling using your online member account. After this window, rescheduling is no longer available, and you will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee. No-shows are charged $20.

 

Cancellations are permissible up to 1 hour prior to the start of the class. After this timeframe, they will not be permitted, and you will be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.

 

Cancellations must be processed through your Member account. Verbal, text, or email correspondence with the Studio, teachers, or members does not constitute a valid cancellation. You are required to be logged into your Member account to cancel any classes that you are unable to attend.

RESCHEDULING

  • You may reschedule up to 3 hours before the initially booked class time. After this window, rescheduling is no longer be available.

  • You may reschedule using your Member Account (website only).

  • Rescheduling can not be submitted via phone, text, or email.

 TO CANCEL A CLASS 

Follow the steps above and select CANCEL in step #6. If the option to cancel is no longer available, the window for canceling is closed.
